The problem was always the working poor who made too much to get Medicaid but couldn't really afford health insurance. ObamaCare was supposed to solve this problem. But that group is still there, without any money to buy insurance. So the government will subsidize them as will the rest of the people who have insurance.

So ObamaCare doesn't really change much, other than drive up costs on the people who can afford insurance and allow politicians to dictate standard of care.

The big problem with ObamaCare is there is no way to pay for it.
